Magnetic ball joint with threaded pin Neodymium Ø 10 mm M3x12 fit tolerance h6 - holds 18 N
the magnetic ball joints allow the steel ball a full 360°rotation on a 180°axis
due to the use of high-energy rare-earth magnets, magnetic ball joints have a very strong holding force
"Over 300,000 satisfied customers"
Magnetic Ball Joints is a holding Device which has flexible joints with a diameter 8mm to 25mm steel ball held by powerful rare earth magnets contained in the magnet cylinder. And the magnetic ball joints allow the steel ball a full 360°rotation on a 180°axis. This caused even if the ball comes off from the magnet cylinder, no damage can be made and the joints can work just as well as before when reset.
Due to the use of high-energy rare-earth magnets, magnetic ball joints have a very strong holding force. The resulting displacement force of the ball is strong enough to hold the optical systems of cameras, lighting fixtures or laser units without requiring a mechanical fixation. And there are many models of the magnetic ball joints with threaded, showed in below diagram.

Magnetic Ball Joints
- The high holding force of the base magnet ensures that the ball is held firmly on its ring-shaped seat.
- Electrically conductive, e.g. for light spots.
- Rotated by 180° in all rotation planes.
- No maintenance and no aging thanks to the permanently magnetic ball socket.
- Non-destructive demolition of the ball from the socket if the adhesive force is exceeded.
- Base with internal thread on the mounting side.
- Operating temperature: Max. 80 °C
- Tolerances: KL/GL ± 0.5 mm D Ø ground, tolerance h6
- otherwise general tolerance 0.1 mm
- Balls nickel-plated

Details
Since the magnetic ball joint is electrically conductive, a quickly detachable and rotatable electrical connection can be established. This is an advantage, for example, for low-voltage lights with open electrical connections. It can also be used to create quickly detachable electrical connections in test devices. A predetermined breaking point can be installed in lifting rods using the magnetic ball joint or lateral shifts can be compensated for on all sides.
Benefits
Magnetic ball joints, permanent NdFeB magnetic ball joints, strong powerful neodymium ball joint magnets, magnetic universal joints
Neodymium magnets are the strongest permanent magnets in the world!
Use the remarkable holding power of the magnets to realize your creative ideas. The strong magnets, in relation to their size, can be used very well where there is little space but a high holding force is required.
Note on adhesive force
The adhesive forces determined by us were determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel S235JR (ST37) with a thickness of 10 mm with the magnet pulled off vertically (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% compared to the specified value is possible in exceptional cases.
Classy look and high-quality material
Thanks to the elegant look of our Magnetic Ball Joint assembly, universal - Ø 8 mm - 25 mm fit tolerance h6, these can be placed clearly visible.
